As some of our customers have been having difficulty with exiting the City’s 4th Street parking garage in a timely manner during periods of peak activity, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you pay for your parking at one of the kiosk’s on the ground floor before leaving the garage for tubing and/or as you walk back into the garage after tubing.
